The seamless balance of acidity and tannins result in a vibrant and complex Pinot Noir.The fruit for this Pinot Noir is grown on our estate in the beautiful Casablanca Valley, where it ripens slowly, thanks to the gentle cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean.
